Using Props to Add Interest to Kids’ Photos

by Erin on December 12, 2008

This post is your 5th opportunity to enter my contest to win a free copy of Photoshop Elements 7/Premiere Elements 7, courtesy of Adobe!  See details at the end of the post.

How many pictures have you taken of your kids?  About 47 million, if you’re like me.  And each and every one of them is stinking cute!  Right?

But I do get bored with the same old poses and shots from time to time.  I found this teacup idea on Flickr not too long ago and it’s given me a little burst of creativity.

I found that giant teacup at Wal-Mart, in the garden section.  It’s actually a planter.  What do you think?  And I just bought a Christmas version on EBay.  I can’t wait to try that one out!  Is it too late to make Christmas cards yet?

So, for another entry in the Photoshop Elements 7 giveaway, use the comments below to talk about ideas for props to add some interest and fun to pictures you take of your kids.  Or, if you don’t have any ideas, reassure me that I still have plenty of time to make Christmas cards!  The drawing for the contest will be Monday, December 22!
