I particularly liked this one in conjunction with the Lighten Skin tones Smart Brush.
Create a Spray Tan Effect Like the Photoshop Elements Smart Brush
- Select the area that you want to tan
- Add a Photo Filter Adjustment Layer by clicking on the half-black half-white circle near the top of the Layers Palette
- Double click on the Adjustment Layer Thumbnail to open the Photo Filter Dialogue box. Double click on the Color square and type 5a3c06 in the # field of the Select Filter Color box.
- Adjust the Density to 50% and make sure that there is a check in the Preserve Luminosity box. Hit OK.
- Change the blending mode of this layer to Soft Light and adjust opacity as needed.
