Photoshop Elements is tough to learn. Has anyone else noticed that?
It’s even tougher when you’re trying to squeeze everything possible into two marathon sessions. My last Elements from A to Z online workshop was split in half due to technical difficulties caused by the weather. The first half was one day, and the second a few days later. It ended up being a good thing. The participants had time to play with PSE between the sessions, process information, formulate questions, and identify areas where they needed more clarification.
So, I’ve decided to break the learning up a bit. I’m now offering three online classes:
- Level 1
- file types
- opening and saving in the Editor
- resizing and cropping
- tools
- layers
- quick fixes
- Level 2
- adjustment layers
- masking
- color casts
- Level 3
- using actions
- advanced layer masking
You can find more info here, including the new schedule. I’m offering morning and evening online classes in February and April, and morning classes in March.

If I enroll in a class, will there be print out instructions as well as the live info? I am 84 years old, just being shown something once doesn’t always stick with me, I need reference material. When you reach my age, you will understand
.
Thanks, Sam- PSE7 that I can’t do much with.
Sam, I prepare an outline for all participants and will help you at any time after the class!

I had the same question and I’m just 55.
