The first is that you can follow the above directions, installing only the ATN file. When you look for your new action in the Effects Palette in Photoshop, there will be no thumbnail picture associated with this one, only a blank square. However, by selecting Show All in step 7 above, the name of the action will appear below the blank square. The second option is that you can create the thumbnail yourself in Photoshop. It should be 64 pixels by 64 pixels, saved as a PNG. You could use the text tool to type the name of the action, if you wanted.
