I’m glad I could help Carrie! Every little bit of time we get for photography is a blessing but it can’t be compared to the time when our kids are little. Enjoy the kid times….take lots of pictures…and know that someday those kids will be bigger and then you’ll have plenty time to take pics of grandkids!!!!

Thank you for your uplifting words. I am a mom of a 12 year old, 8 year old in competative baseball and an 11 month old. I work full time and I’m always trying to find time to do more than 10 minutes of photography with my kids. You are a very encouraging person and I appreciate that. Makes me know that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. Love your website and I too stalk other sites just to see how they use things and turn them into their own work. Have a great day!

I am also a blog stalker but I am a self taught photographer who has learned so much from the blogs/websites I visit. I take little tidbits from many and make a style that I think is my own. I know of fellow photogs who get so bent out of shape when someone “copies” their shots. Come on people, let’s support each other. No two people could ever create the exact same shot.

Thank you so much for all your advice! I have learned so much from you I was feeling so guilty about stalking sites but you have made me feel so much better!! I love your style of editing. I tend to edit a LOT, even if a pic stands well on it’s own I have to do something to it, but these soft shots of yours are amazing
