I loved all your points..My favorite photo shoots are Maternity! I started my business little over a year ago and I do lots of maternity shoots. I always try to do something different with each and everyone of them. I love and only use Lightroom. Super fast and easy!

April, you are not the only person to ask me that question! My daughter received them as a present 5 years ago, so I just don’t know where they came from. I actually wish they were a bit bigger! I received some sort of classic toy catalog in the mail not too long ago – I didn’t keep it and don’t remember the name, but you might try googling something like that. Thank you for reading!

I have to ask where did you purchase the small blocks. I bought some from walmart but they are too big. Have a few shoots coming up with Mommy to be. and would like to have the smaller blocks. Help:) Your pictures are AwSome

These are great. The last 9 weeks of my pregnancy I posed with a variety of vintage hats I have collected. As I was carrying twins, the idea was to see the growth in the last trimester, but as I love a theme, it was also fun to use the hats each week. Even better when my daughter put on a hat and joined me for the pictures.

I have a close friend who is pregnant and we discussed taking maternity photos so this post is good timing for me.

Thanks for the wonderful ideas! I had maternity photos done with my first, and I’m just getting to the point where I really want to do them again. You’ve got some great stuff up there! Although I’m not sure I’m brave enough to do the “un-clothes”!

Wow! It looks like you’re an “official” photographer now! These shots are great…the picture frame is very unique. I never thought about that either but a pregnant belly does get sore pretty quickly, good reminder to think about her comfort during the shoot!
