Does your version of Photoshop Elements have the Adjust Sharpness command under the Enhance Menu? Later versions do.
- Go to the Enhance Menu and select Adjust Sharpness
- Adjust Amount & Radius until results in preview window look good.
- I always keep the More Refined box checked
- Gaussian and Lens Blur removal settings usually work best for me.
